Mount Howell Fire Lookout is located in Placer County near Colfax, California in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Mount Howell has been an active Cal Fire lookout up to the 2008 fire season June through October. Currently Mount Howell is not staffed this 2010 fire season. MounthowellLookout@gmail.com  |
